Tom played the opening set of dinner music, acoustic
guitar instrumental, at 6 o'clock at the new Sunrise
Cafe, chef Daniel Plouffe's new creation. Also playing
were Michael Ketemer and Mike Dugay. This restaurant
is a very pleasant makeover of the old location of the
Grassroots Cafe, and is located at the corner of
Hunter & Aylmer Sts. in Peterborough Canada. Phone

Tom hosted the last open stage at the Grassroots
Cafe, after over two years of sharing music with the
community, I wish my heartfelt thanks and the best of
luck to the staff, and all the players and supporters
of live music, and I hope and trust to see you at

Bakes. My apologies to anyone who could not get in
because we were over capacity.
Oct 17/05 Hurricane Katrina Benefit
Tom joined an abundance of other performers at Market
Hall in Peterborough, to raise funds for the Red Cross
in their efforts to bring aid to the victims of
Hurricane Katrina.

Lean, Ray Henderson, Ryan Cartwright, and Tim Walker.
Our hockey team also returned to Peterborough as the
Stomping Conference National champions, much enriched
by everyones funplay and entertainment.

University's best performance spots, has been
reclaimed by Trent Students, and we had a grand
re-opening, featuring local artists Dave Tough, Beau
Dixon, Greg Roy, Reverend Ken, Curtis Driedger, Tom

Tom played De La Salle Arena in Toronto with brother
Rob and Steve Jackson as part of Exclaim! Hockey
Summit's Rink Rock, and played the hootenanny at the
Gladstone hotel with brother Rob, Charlie Glasspool
and Rob Wilkes. Also had a great time playing hockey
with the Peterborough Pneumonia. We won.....lots of
friends and respect, and will be back again to play
more music & hockey.
